Friday 22nd June 2012.....

Will see us kick off this amazing day by all meeting at 9am with the opportunity of breakast at the various locations across the South East before embarking on our travel's to one of the world's finest racecourses. You'll then have the option to travel in style in one of our fabulous limousines or executive coaches. Complementary beer, wine and soft drinks will be provided for the journey along with the sounds of Hat-Club to get you into the party spirit.

Grand Stand Admission:-
You'll have the best tickets in the racecourse, entry to the Grand Stand and Parade Ring. Enjoy drinks in the champagne and Pimm's tents & dont forget to watch the HRH The Queen on the Royal procession making its way from the Golden gates, along the racecourse and into the Parade Ring from 2.00pm.

Official After Party:-
Around 7pm we'll depart Ascot and head to our Official After-Party where the party continues, Location to be announced!!

Hummer Limo's departing from various locations across the South East. Limo's will collect from anywhere in the south east specific to your group, sizes of limo can vary depending on the size of your group. Maximum 16 seated.

Dress Code:-
Ascot adheres to a strict dress code, please ensure that you're correctly attired. Gentlemen should wear a jacket and tie, smart trousers, no trainers. Ladies should dress for a smart occasion; hats are encouraged but not compulsory, but this the theme of the day so please make every effort!
