Are you Essex’s Next Superstar DJ?

Benfleet based, global internet station, Ideal Clubworld Radio, is offering the opportunity of a lifetime to one undiscovered Essex-based DJ a chance to win their own weekly radio show; representation at the highly acclaimed Ideal DJs management agency and regular gigs at club events across the South of England.

Essex DJ Idol is in association with the local premier Countryside Estates estate agents and with nightclub Mansion Southend (formerly known as Storm) and the fabulous Hat Club, also on Ideal Clubworld Radio.

Do you think you’ve got what it takes to win? Here’s what’s involved:

Heat 1–Entrants must submit a recorded radio show demo viawww.idealclubworldradio.com

Heat 2 – The best of the demos as chosen by the Ideal Clubworld Radio team will be invited to perform a 20 minute DJ set that will be judged by a star panel of Ideal Clubworld’s current radio residents including its founder, Sacha, the iconic Tall Paul, Hat Club, Hal Ritson from The Young Punx, Jon Fitz of “Herd & Fitz” & bassist in the Bodyrockers fame, Dj of the moment Eats Everything and non other than Hacienda legend, Graeme Park. This is a daytime heat and will take place at Mansion where the entrants will be whittled down to just three remaining hopefuls.

Heat 3 - The final three will head to the Ideal Clubworld Radio studios in London Bridge - the original PWL studios, notoriously called the Hit Factory - to broadcast a live 30 minute radio show complete with live visuals & chat through the web cam. Your show will broadcast to listeners across the world who will be the final judges for the competition as they vote for the ultimate winner on line.
